Christy Lilly

Christy is the daughter of Randy and Gena Lilly of Ironton. During her four years at Ironton High School, Christy was a member of the National Honor Society, president of the Math Club, and a member of Mu Alpha Theta (Math Honorary) and a Sociedad Hispanica Honoraria (Spanish Honorary). She was also an officer in the Spanish Club and an F.C.A member.

Christy was also the vice president of the student council and participated her junior and senior years in the school musical. She was in the marching band and the flag corps. She was a four-year member of the Quiz Bowl team, also taking part in the fall and spring Knowledge Masters Opens and the annual TEAMS engineering competition.

Christy was the captain of the track team and a member of the cross-country, basketball and volleyball teams. During her freshman and junior years she made it to the state 4×100 meter relay and finished in eighth place in the state of Ohio her junior year after winning the district and regional championships.

In her spare time, Christy likes to listen to music, play soccer and hang out with her friends. She is the younger of her parents’ two children. Christy has always been interested in politics and the environment.

Christy graduated from Ironton High School Summa Cum Laude and finished seventh in her class with a GPA of 4.042.

November 2008 Update – Alisa graduated from Marshall University and the West Virginia University College of Law. She is currently a practicing attorney at the law firm of Kuhn & Kuhn LLC in Bluffton, South Carolina. Alisa is married to Matt Caruso and they reside in Bluffton.
